Korora delivers to every town, city and rural address in New Zealand including the ones listed above.

Standard Delivery to any address in New Zealand only NZ$ 9.95
Korora gift boxes will be dispatched Monday to Friday within 24 hours of receiving your order. We use both NZ Post - Parcel Post Tracked service or NZ Post Ready to Go courier service for gifts required urgently. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be sent the following Monday (excluding public holidays)
If you wish your box to be delivered at a later date of your choice, please just advise us of this when making your purchase.
NZ Post - Parcel Post Tracked asks to allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery depending on location and whether they are delivering to a city in the North or South Islands. Smaller towns and rural delivery can take between 2 and 5 days.
NZ Courier Service is the fastest way for your gift to be delivered. Orders received before 10am will be delivered to all major cities including Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, Invercargill and Queenstown the following day excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. If you order requires guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, NZ post do charge a small supplement for this. If your order is received after 10am, delivery should be within 2 days.
Smaller towns and rural deliveries may take up to 3 days.
We keep a record of your tracking number so you can be assured the whereabouts of your box is always known and we can make any follow up enquiries on your behalf.
NZ Post do not either collect items or deliver them on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are up there with shoe re-heeling and washing machine repairs, a necessary evil that we would all rather not have to pay for!
We believe that delivery is part of the service excellence we strive to offer and are pleased to extend a flat delivery rate regardless of where your gift is being delivered to - in other words, one price for standard delivery anywhere in New Zealand regardless of size or weight of the box. Our delivery pricing is extremely competitive, especially inter-Island.
New Zealand Post do deliver on a Saturday as part of their normal service but this falls into their typical delivery schedule of between 2-4 working days delivery depending on location so Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed unless you use their courier service.
Standard delivery between 2 and 4 working days is $ 9.95
Express Courier/Saturday Delivery
NZ Courier Service is the fastest way for your gift to be delivered. Mother's Day Gift Delivery
This year, Mother's Day is on Sunday 12th May so to allow for delivery on or before Friday 10th, cut off dates are as follows
- Rural addresses - 10am on Friday 3rd May
- North Island Standard - 10am on Tuesday 7th May
- South Island Standard - 10am on Wednesday 7th May
- North Island Express - 10am on Thursday 8th May
- South Island Express - 10am on Thursday 9th May
Orders received outside these times will be dispatched urgently but we cannot guarantee they will arrive before Mother's Day.
NZ Courier post do not deliver on Sundays and only on Saturdays if you select express service Saturday delivery.
Valentine's Day Delivery
This year, Valentine's Day is on a Thursday so to allow for delivery on or before 14th February, cut off dates are as follows
- Rural addresses - 10am on Thursday 7th February
- North Island Standard - 10am on Friday 8th February
- South Island Standard - 10am on Monday 11th February
- North Island Express - 10am on Monday 11th February
- South Island Express - 10am on Tuesday 12th February
Orders received outside these times will be dispatched urgently but we cannot guarantee they will arrive by 14th February.
Christmas Delivery Information 2013
NZ Parcel Post generally deliver in 2-3 working days for all major cities in New Zealand and 2-5 days for smaller towns and rural addresses but Christmas is an exceptionally busy period for them so whilst they do work flat out, the sooner your gift box is dispatched, the better the chance it has of arriving in time for Christmas. Delivery cut off times are as follows
- Rural delivery address in NZ - 10am on Tuesday 17th December
- North Island Standard - 10am on Wednessday 18th December
- South Island Standard - 10am on Thursday 19th December
- North Island Express Courier - 10am on Thursday 19th December
- South Island Express Courier - 10am on Friday 20th December
- Guaranteed Courier Saturday Delivery for all non rural addresses - 10am on Friday 20th December
Also, please do check that your recipient is going to be home for Christmas, that their office is still open during the run up to Christmas or a friendly neighbour has been dragoooned into watching out for parcel deliveries. Providing us with a phone number and/or email address is also helpful.
Whilst we hate to quote rules and regulations, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for orders dispatched to offices that are closed for the holidays, to families that have de-camped to the beach for a break or incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Delivery charges are the same as at any other time of the year as follows
- Standard courier delivery anywhere in New Zealand - $9.95
- Express courier South Island - $15.95
- Express Courier North Island - $24.95
- Guaranteed Saturday delivery (orders need to be placed by 10am on the 20th, add $4.00 to express price)
Miscellaneous Delivery Information
- There is no additional charge for rural deliveries.
- NZ Post do not deliver on Sundays, Public / Local Holidays
- NZ Post do deliver to PO Box numbers but please make sure the reciprient’s Post Office is happy to accept delivery.

We don’t offer International Delivery as a standard but are certainly happy to enquire about the cost of this on your behalf. However we cannot take responsibility for any import regulations or taxes payable or prohibitive items that are regulated by specific overseas countries.
The contents of our boxes are not exactly controversial so a quick check with receiving counties import regulations should answer any questions you might have
